^^^^ thats definitely what i'm going to do. except i live in a semi-mountainus region so i don't know how well my plants would do if i grew them outdoor. i'm debating wether or not to grow indoors or out, i want to grow indoor, but if my parents were to find them they would KILL me.

so for right now (in the spring) i'm going to get some seeds (i don't know what kind though) and grow them outside. any idea of what kind would grow best for my area?

 

i don't use auto color or auto levels. i do it manually with the color balance, brightness/contrast, and maybe the curves

nah because before i start i hit auto levels but it doesn't give me the result i want, so i go in and do it myself.
I'd rather do it myself anyways. you have more artistic control when you don't rely on an automatic calculation

and just make sure to get a good clearing in somewhere thats not close to anything. use common sense and dont leave your shit lying around, maybe grab a growing book or watch some videos as well.
