cut the bottom of a 2 liter bottle and cut the top of an orange juice carton
fill the orange just carton with water and then burn a small ratchet piece in the 2 liter cap..pack your bud in the ratchet, screw it on the bottle, light it and pull the 2 liter up while your lighting. then once the bottles milked, smoke it.

Haha yeah I had to do similar shit to that when I was on holidays, plastic bottle and the tip of the pen melted into the bottle and yea that's how I smoked spilt water if you didn't hold it right but did the job xD

get a wrapping paper tube, or better yet...they make really long, like 8 or 10 feet cheap plastic tubes for carrying fluorescent lights, you have one guy fill it and when he's clearing someone else blows from the other side and doubles the intake speed...truly gnarly
