point im diggin' the top right one cause its simp and doesn't have random lumps in it..

 

and Hip im diggggin the points at the bottom especially with the 3d.

 

hipe- the points make some of the letters look deformed... so id say make them thinner, and your N doesnt really look like an N
soej- just for future reference, thats not "3D" its a drop shadow
