not sure about refilling. you would have to pull the nib out they are a tampon marker they say marks on anything, dries immediately, long lasting, water resistant. i don't know if they'll fade. a good chemical buff would probably take it off, and i wouldn't count on it bleeding through at all. I would assume they're comparable to Sharpies. If you want to just crush shit. work on your handstyle. whatever. this would be good. theres 12 in the pack.
