I'll put up stickers all over town, but something I never ever do is throw the backing of the sticker on the ground after I've peeled it. I always put it back in my pocket until I find a trash can to throw it away. I might be a vandal, but I don't want to leave my crap everywhere. They can hate me for slap tagging, but nog for littering. I've had many people laugh at me for it.
