  2. dr0ping, go buy some casein typically you'd take it before going to bed its a slow processing protein takes like 8 hours to go through you i just finished a 5lbs bottle of it and i love it but it is really thick for awhile i didnt take regular powder protein and now when i do it feels the same as water. and for at home stuff buy some dumbells like 15-35lbs and just use that for shoulder press, bi's, tri's, chest/flyes, and back and you should be set until you start going to a normal gym. this is more intense.
