The city of Barcelona will now buff its metal doors at the taxpayers cost. As of March 17th, in a hope to improve the city's appearance, they will go block by block, borough by borough, and get rid of the 1000000 throw-ups and burners all-city. Citizens aren't all happy, the city only covers the cost of the first clean up, in conditions that owners pay the upcoming ones. Nice way to ass-fuck people and get some extra votes.
