I started in about 1984 on paper so I guess properly in about 1985.
I’ve lived in London all my life but I have left the village a few times. Memorable trips with paint would be NYC, LA and OZ.
My style I suppose is always changing, I’ll try to have a new outline everytime and they’ll evolve a little over 4 or 5 pieces then it’ll just flip into something else for a while, always aiming to keep it uniform, like a typeface, with arrows and connections that make sense. Usually chunky letters too.
Respect to any of the oldskool guys who are still painting today, Part One, Chain3, Ree2, Fargo, Doc, Tkid etc. Anyone who has stayed consistently active over the years such as Skore, Spot, Wane. Guys like Swet, Tizer for sheer volume. Some of the old London geezers like Merc, Zomby, Teach, Zaki, Urge, Cosa, Crok. So many names not enough memory. Anyone doing it because they loved it, still love it and always will love it.
