I went with Sou-Mvd, I felt his picture represents the human body very well. Older gentleman looking somewhat flustered walking around the city. I almost went with M.Ziggy for the same reason but felt Sou was more every day life. His seemed too peaceful for me. Blockhead's was nice but the focal point seemed to be the mirror instead of the human body.
once again i wanted to enter but didnt have the time to get out I actually only liked peskys entry...
All great photos but Sou 's had the most feeling. All of them were well composed and clear though good flicks!
My thoughts: Great battle, first off. Aqua's shot would have been sick if the focal point would have snapped on the end of his hand. Great composition though. Block's shot is superb, but nowhere on topic. Zig's shot catches all the innocence of youth. That kid looks like he's about 8 years old, but with the hoodie and facial expression looks harder than your typical youngster. Great shot. Sou's shot is excellent. Very well composed and catches the subject at just the right time. Color / tonality also perfect.
BBOY-Sick.Liked the hand shot. BlockHead- Nice photo but it doesnt really show much of the body which is what this battle was about. Funk-Another good photo but again it doesn't show much of the body. Pesky-Nice one.Liked the B & W affect.The respirator on the face idea is a bit cliche though. Ziggy-Looks good but I liked the others more because they were a bit more mysterious.This one is a straightforward face shot. Sou-Very nice.The man looks like he hasn't noticed the camera which makes it more real and not a pose.
great battle....but ummmm.....were are the naked people?......its the human body...there should be pictures of butt naked women with tasteful blurring of the cooch and boobies if neccessary....right?...well probably not...ow well....good battle...
