no you take a can of tuna(I like using the canned chicken better) put it into a pan, then take a pack of ramen(try to match flavor with the type of meat your using) and break it into 1/4's and put it into the pan with the meat, utilizing the water that came in the meat can you cook the ramen, once its fully cooked you add the seasoning, add some cheese, and you can also add a sauce if youd like(i like alfrado for chicken). then stir it all up and put it on your plate and enjoy. Its crack. At my place we tend to barly have anything in the cabnets so you have to get creative, especially since all of us go to the gym so basically all we have in our cabnets is peanutbutter, ramen, rice, tuna, canned chicken, yogurt(fridge), kool-aid packets, and sugar(for koolaid).( We also occasionally have bread)
