Me and my mate have been bombing for years. Two days ago around two in the morning in the middle of moving to different spots to graffiti we thought we would rest in a school yard as we where stood at the gate to open it and go in and a police petrol went past and stopped. We where not doing graffiti at that moment we just looked sus any way long story short they searched are pockets and my mates bag and found are graffiti tools and a few of my mates weapon’s and took us in to the police station. Got a DNA Sample but didn’t put it on are record so I left without a Criminal Record (they stored it in a police file which only the police can look at so if I get caught again they know I have done it before) Have you ever got caught for doing Graffiti and have you kept doing graffiti after. Also if you got stories about police I guess this would be the thread to tell them.
What was the original charges for? If you didn't get caught doing graffiti then I don't see what they can do to you and I don't even know if they shoulda been able to check your bag. DNA...thats fucked up, they get your prints too then? I thought they just took DNA on convictions and stuff. I did a plea bargain' 'n they took my DNA...that shits fucked but I'm more worried about them having my prints. You may have to worry about them coming back and trying to pin some cases on you. They'll probably try to connect you to any graff cases they have, especially since they got your tools man if they have like a can from a scene or anything that can link you to a certain place that got vandalized you might have to go to court. I don't know about painting after being caught, I ain't went out to paint since I got arrested, even before I was put on probation. Kinda small town 'n didn't wanna risk fucking up again.
i got caught red handed and got the case dismissed i know a local writer who's been busted 5 times and hasn't been convicted fuck the bullshit just be smarter from now on, learn how to handle your shit in the system if you do get caught and don't let them keep you down
i had the old bill come round my house at 10 in the morning last summer turns out one of the mateys in mah crew got busted and ratted us all in but fuck it im never gonner stop i didnt get given a record for it tho i got a repremand, i fink its wer they just take ur details and shit
I just got charged with 4th degree property damage cause some girl snitched on me yesterday fucking bitch lucky its against my morals to beat a girls ass. haven't found out the court day yet =\ FUCK THOSE PIGS AND MY DAD I'MA KEEP DOIN IT!!!! HERES WHAT HAPPEND(I need some advice on what Im going to do) i was out in this little downtown area were I live and I was passing by this little icecream store so I pulled out my mop to tag it did it,and this girl from my school who I didnt know was standing by me and said "you know I work here?",I guess she recognized my hoodie.(famous black and white anyways I ran I didnt think shed actually snitch on me but she did... so thats what I got. because I do have some other stuff in that town. they may try to take me up on it. oh and I told the cops I didn't do it questions 1.should I deny the rest and admit to just that one( i think I should) 2.anyone have any other tips?

if he was trespassing on school property they had the right to check his bag. me and my friends were trippin in this park in my neighborhood that was closed, and the cops came and searched my friend's car cause we were trespassing. he got arrested for possession that night trippin his nutsack off.
deny it all no matter wat buut if you do admit only admit to the one she saw or you got a big problem.i got blamed for all the graf at my skool so dont say anything unless you have representation and or your parents if your are a minor or if you live with them. i had another writer snitch on me because i dissed him because he only tagged on bulletin boards that were covered in paper so i would cross him out and write toy.so i no bout the snitches.but if you go to court she will have to show up so be ready for some major denying but you better hope she didnt see your face or they could make a sketch to match your profile
You don't even have to admit shit...they said I admitted to a shit ton of names and I never said I did any, and I didn't actually do some of them. They like, talked to me 'n I was all "oh I do graphics design 'n shit" and its a small town, so i was like "well there ain't no legal walls to do it", I don't know why all of you get off so easy on flippin' the system but sometimes you just get fucked. I guess I didn't play them enough, but dude comes up sayin' my name 'n I seen cops drive by my house 'n they had me under surveillance...just can't let cops intimidate you, I shoulda been like "no mista officer I don't know where these markings before me have came I wanted to do something new" then maybe I'd be in a different situation. My granddad did 2 years for shit he didn't do...just 'cause some kids get lucky and get off doesn't mean everyone is so lucky. They did fucking forensics for my shit yo...I don't know sometimes you gotta face up to the consequences, so long as you win in the long run, I probably coulda had like 5 more felonies at least if they pinned EVERYthing in this small county or even town on me. I wish I coulda went to court and got it reduced but I coulda got a lot more fucked over I just don't want anymore to come back to me. I wanna do a lil more damage before I bounce outta here though. fuck, i got caught this morning at 1h30....they caught me DOIN IT but i never admitted it was me...they took me the station....where i got to sleep in a cell on a fucking bed of wood....without any pillow or anything (at least i made a friend in the cell close to me) but anyways...the estimated dommages are about 5,000 dollars and i have to go in court in two weeks.....till then..."cant be outside after 9 pm" (funniest shit ever) "I cant drink alcohol AND i cant have paint on me anymore...." PLUUS I have to go back to the station in 6 days for dna samples....i have to call my lawyer latre on ....but fuuck man i dont know whats the bast thing for me to do or say in court...if anyone ever been in this kind of situation tell what the fuck i should do or the best that could happen to me thanks
shut up! deny! shut up! deny! If your lawyer isnt one you hired, and is a public defender, get rid of em, hire one it'll be worth it. He will decide the best way to get out of it
if the cops saw you doin it and they arrested you right there, theres pretty much nothing can say to deny that. but if they try to pin anything else on u just say u were copying that guys work. since when is gettin cought writing grounds for taking DNA? u could probly fight that, call your lawyer as fast as u can. in other news. i was busted a couple of weeks ago with some of my friends drinkin in an abandoned building. cops came and we all ran, but one of my friends got caught right there. they called his rents and they gave me and my other friend up. now im getting 6 months probate, $120 fine, 20 hours community service, and ive gotta go to a couple sessions of rehab. and that was the absolute minimun they could give me to... i got the charges lowered to criminal tresspassing (origionally burglary+ distribution and consumption of alcohol)
I got busted once, it was fucking retarded. I met up with some guys after school (they had just done a throwie a few minutes before I met up with them, and we were going to go bombing later so I had paint in my bag), and then we started walking down this street and a cop car rolls up to us and is like "Hey, you guys get over here. Have you been doing any spraypainting today?" and were like "Uh, no officer." and my buddy has a can of paint in his coat pocket, so his chest looked kinda big. The cop goes "So you're not carrying any spraypaint?" "No." "Well what's that then *points to my friends' chest*?" "That's nothing, sir." "Oh really? It doesn't look like nothing *Starts touching the outline of my friends' coat*... It feels like spraypaint. Empty your pockets." Now at this point I'm thinking in my head "Fuck, don't do it!!!!" but he does and then he searched my bag (What am I going to say after he just found my friend with paint? Piss off pig? I'm sure he was aloud to search me after already finding paint, but he shouldn't have molested my bud), and finds my paint. He then drove around and was like "This paint matches that tag." and now I'm pinned with 30 hours of summer graffiti clean bullshit.
