Being sober or having a clean healthy lifestyle is good, and what edge is based off of, but the reason it has to do with music is because Ian MacKaye/Minor Threat made the song Straight Edge because at the time the Punk Rock and Hardcore scene sucked because people would just come to shows totally wasted and wrecked and just trash everything so he said fuck it, I actually want Punk to continue, and actually make a positive effect for the scene and stayed sober. Sober and Edge are basically the same thing, but Technically, they are different. It's basically the same thing as if someone said Yeah, Graff is so rad, I'm gonna' be a graff writer but they don't know any of the legendary artists or even write any good stuff, it's being a poser. And seriously dude, Being edge has nothing to do with being a trendy asshole stop being a fucking prick, A lot more people do drugs or drink or smoke than people who are edge, so to be honest thats "trendier" Stop disrespecting something just for the hell of it, If it's not your choice, just leave it at that

That's what I was trying to say in the first place! I told XEDGEX to stop trying to cause problems and people should just respect each other, and then someone started telling me I'm just trendy...
