I agree. Great style, SOME FLOW but there is not alot of flow to that piece. Theres alot of straight lines.

Flow is a term for smooth continuous motions. That piece has SOME FLOW and its got great style. FLOW not STOP AND GO.

With that said. Sure it looks like its got A LOT of flow. But I bet you a old can of 70's Krylon that this piece was all stop and go motions to outline.
