I wash dishes. I got thursdays from 5 to 12 at night, and I often finish later than that. I like that, actually, even if it's hard. But when the shift's over I feel fucking great and I can hit a few spots on my way home.
And I'm paid pretty well.

the smell is horrible, specially in the morning if the disposal under the sink doesn't get cleaned the night before....

"professional" is only how you see it. i've worked in what some would consider a "nice" restaurant... fancy schmancy. and it's still not difficult. if you have problems with washing dishes, you need to get checked out.
