how can i get better at 3D on my lettering? and how can i get better with bars? yes even my bars suck!
with 3d try whats called a "vanishing point" and use a ruler at first. but google vanishing point and it should explain in better detail what the "new to graff" thread didnt. do u think tiger woods picked up a golf club and just busted 350yards off the tee? no, u have to practice hommie. theres somethings where only u can help yourself. start smoking?
No dont Smoke.....Lol. But Basicly what you could do for some Inspiration is look at the Big Boy thread. But as your Bars go....Just Stay with Block Buster and Do letter at a time until you think they clean and good. Then the next one.....But It come with Time and Practice.
hahaha bullshit. u guys are at the one time in your graffiti carrier where u can bite the shit out of someone and get away with it. but, there are some limitations. its is only to advance your style. dont ever post something u bit and pass it off as your own. EVER. if u do no matter what someone is gunna call u on it. keep your bites to yourself and expand on them. make it your style with infulence. theres a difference between a heavy influence and straight up biting. the whole idea is to make u better while giving props to the writer that "inspired" u.
has anyone used the krylon with the built in "ez touch 360 dial" for controling the spray direction?? are they any good?
couple questions: 1) people always tell us toys to practice simples/bars. what should we keep in mind while practicing them to get the most out of them and when can we move on from them? 2) is it better to not look at graffiti and develop completely your own style or look at pieces and try to mimic them but in your own way? 3) what are those pieces that people do on the big UPS envelopes?
1)Look at your keyboard and draw those letters with NO add-ons or extensions, you can move on when someone not toy tells you you can h 2) This question was pretty much answered a page back 3) They are stickers
what i meant by the first question was what should we be thinking about working on specifically while drawing the simples? also for simples i know you said keyboard letters but i see a lot of people doing more varied simples... so basically should i just practice them like this guy's: or is this type of simple good practice too (not mine, taken from another forum) [Broken External Image]:http://img413.imageshack.us/img413/5646/dsc01123.jpg
The First one untill your letter structure gradually improves If you keep doing your name in keyboard letters it will improve over time and it will come naturally I'm reaally not the best at giving advice if you cant tell lol
hahahahaaaa yo and to the other cat, always do ur block letters, it will develope your straight letter. do straight letters first. throwies will develope from the straight letter. and pieces are straight letters, with extensions, cuts and other ill shit. SO if you have your straight letter down. you have ur shit together.
