The rule book is handed down verbally. So take notes. And in a place like Kamloops, who cares if it looks like garbage? It's a spawning ground where writers can kill a small city, with shitty throwies and handsies while acquiring the basic knowledge they'll need a few years down the road when they move on to bigger and better things.
To all you new jacks trying to paint trains here and you know who you are. Keep out or you will be capped or buffed. If you want to paint trains go to the rez and paint the tankers over there. If this keeps up your street work will start to suffer as well.
