Woony that looks alot like the one that got you suspended work on your L and dont put so much backwards diagonal bar at the bottom. The I and the Z are pretty good but im not feeling the E either.

home, your stuff is nice, youve a generall understanding of your letters,
able to keep style through pieces, coloring , lights, 3d overall very well,
up to intermediateid say . in the first piece, h looks like k at first sight,
uuhhm letters all consist of quite thick bars, only h goes extremly thin at one point, and well one could say uve extensions comin out of nowhere
...still i like it.

2nd pice mmh well nothing special, lose the extension of the h, lower its middle bar n work it all over again.

3rd piece, h nicely set off, forgot to thickn the outline top extension,
i dont like how you connect o m ,id rather connect em all or none, o is too big..might be because of your very low m,
but u definately got to define it more, kinda like little arrow bottom h,
id do kinda same with the e, all for the harmony...def. has potential...
