It's a cool design, but it could use some work. Not to mention it kind of looks like two already well-known logos put together.

And that new one, recently posted, should probably make the letters more readable, so there's at least SOME concept of what it says on a "at first glance" level. Considering people aren't going to be staring at your t-shirt for a good minute, it should have some Pow! value, especially since the "No" is a major focal point, considering it's the only colored thing in there.

i agree about the latest one... i need to work on making the letters readable without making the image of nancy cluttered.

and to be honest, the crest is a work in progress; i used some stock photo. But the idea is there. Wasn't aware the stock photo was basically a combination of those two you posted... Something to work on. Again thanks for the input!
