aight i was at Guitar Center yesterday and was fucking with this little digital pad that i think was a synth? you could change the sounds when u hit the screen via knob, and when you pressed the screen highlighted squares whould appear; you could drag your finger to different parts of the screen and make different sounds. it's 400$ and i'm really tempted to buy it anyone else know nething about these?

It doesn't matter, minimal shit can reeeally get going hard in a rave. I love the trance-like state it puts me in. But yes, the harder sound is good for raves. It just needs more diversity. Producers are sacrificing complex drumlines and well-balanced tunes, and replacing it with heavy wobble. Thats not how it should be.
