Pretty good page MONE i like that N and E, the bar widths on the M thought arent workin though you can do better. ASPEK not quite feelin the swirl in the S, maybe it goes around too much. Piece that though with an ill fill HAZE I liked your top one, except for a few goofy extensions and the bottom of the E needs to be bigger, but then I saw your bottom one and did a double take. Ditch all aspects of the bottom one, work with the top one more. KNINE if you're gonna do those lines in the 3d, make sure they go parallel with the 3d or it loses the effect. Make the top bar of the E longer too, to match the bottom SRIND diggin the style, not feelin the tribal wave stuff in the background though. The I is tight BRAINS imo the A is too straight and rigid compared to the rest of your letters. I think you could move the extension that goes through/behind the lower half of the S too. But it looks good, fill and background are hot. BAIT I like it, good shit. Make those two arrows though symmetrical, see how one wing is higher up than the other? Dunno if you were tryin to do that but I think it looks kinds weird. Pretty damn clean though

12 oz. aint horrible. i just never get on here anymore. there used to be regular battles and cats that were good and had potential. now its just a form of communication with other writers while im traveling.
internet graffiti shouldnt be alive, i use this site more for the underground music thread than for the graff, i think its fine to post sketches here and their but to come here to look for serious criticism and fame is foolish, noone can teach you better than yourself but kids these days just dont have the love for the game like people used to, alot of kids on here talk, and thats all they manage to do, none of em know anything bout painting and if they do they dont know how to respect the shit, cuz a bunch of toys killin shit doesnt get respect from me and the people i know, and it shouldnt from anyone but to many kids trying to be something they arent is the problem and it not stopable which is the worst part
i guess i disagree and agree. i do believe there is constructive criticism to be had here but it depends who you take it from and if you actually take the knowledge and put it to use. if youve got a 6 year old trying to give you crits it aint gonna do you a whole lot of good. it would be the blind leading the blind. but i do see a lot of valid information given to up and comin artists and thats really nice to see. even better when they use it. and yea a lot of the younger kids dont have the same passion as some of us older fucks but they are the next generation and will breathe life to a new style. and i think it's important to help them along if possible. i didnt get where im at just by myself. just keep an open mind and stay up. rant over
this thread is good and bad for it's own purposes. you can learn ALOT when you are first starting out and need help with structure, flow, balance, etc. that is what helped me alot actually. Although the problem is that everyone takes those rules to heart so hard that they completley destroy someone who mights have a good style in the works. also it sometimes makes people have really generic and similar styles on this site. it's nice to post your shit once in a while and see what people think but having it be your end all be all life line on how "good" you are is just dumb. graff is just like all other art and you need to sprout your own style. learn it on your own and if you like it, and it follows the basic rules that you have learned then who cares what other people think? this whole site is just alot of dick waving really.
