that Sear exchange is dope... just bugs me where some of the arrows come out of. The second inspired piece looks like its coming along dope from what I can see.

Yeah i used to get advised to develop my pieces from my handstyles however i never tried it that way - I have wack handstyles anyways. The F certainly looks more like an E if you look at it.
