Theres no real outline on the Leah so it looks a bit weird, but i can try flaring outlines out. You mean skinny at the bottom and getting fatter the farther up on a letter you go?
Tempo- can't make out what it says, I think it could stand to go much simpler, use of bars, etc. I don't really like drawings in paint, but that's me. rumi - kind of the same thing, I can make yours out, but the letters are wonky in areas. The second to last m is the best of the bunch. flicks for talking. Latest battle sketch, not happy with the b, will probably do about 10 more. Phone doesn't like to post right side up.
@Tempo: Thanks. I like your idea with the letters but to start out try simplifying them a little. The left leg on the H looks weird and try a regular T. Also keep you letters even on width and height. @Rumi: Simifly your letters. Start simple until you get down the basics. Your not that bad at colors, now work on the letter structure. @Hal.cyon: Not bad. You should straighten out the letters and make them more even to each other. The arrow under the B and A has no origin, you should flip it and have it come out the A. The other arrow can come out the E and the top one out the Z but make the top one look more like the bottom ones. Also get rid of that bend on the R. Pic for talking. View attachment 646339
