This might be a little hard to explain, but I think you should practice writing the word rather than individual letters therein to improve your flow. I rarely practice letters but write random words over and over instead. Over time you get a feel for how the letters "fit" together as you write. As is, it feels like you're writing the letters but not the word. Case in point, the S in bottom left has some style potential but doesn't match up at all with the rest of the letters. You're writing "TAIN" sharply, so adjust your S to match that sharpness or write them all in more rounded form.
OWINE: Drop the start at the bottom of the O since it makes it look like a P sometimes. If you're going for angular then make your O angular as well, otherwise, make the other letters round like your O. LONER: Clean af, legible, nice kerning, and good balance on the L and R shapes. I would just increase the width of the N a bit and fix that D in RBD since it's too angled and not the same size as the rest.
What I've been settling on recently. "IMOUTO" written three different ways. been practicing making the letters get progressively bigger in the first style. gimmie hella crits & tips.
