OK, yes, so I am very very bored of people accusing me of being a cop just because I want to be able to read some words. It's clear that a lot of you don't have an understanding of how things work today in the world of graffiti appreciation and Instagram or have a clue as to how public this forum is. Using your tag name, that you don't want people to associate with you, as your username that anyone stumbling on this site can see, is pretty dum. If anyone here is going to put something to incriminate you then it will most likely be yourself. I don't know if you're aware but theres this weird group of people who like to appreciate graffiti, and part of appreciating graffiti is knowing how to read it! So if I'm asking 'what does this tag say?' I'm just one of thousands of people who also want to know what the tag says in order to appreciate it. A lot of writers like seeing their work documented on instagram so putting their tag name in a hashtag helps. I've had some writers ask me on Instagram to take a picture of their work to load up. Because they understand this thing called 'graffiti appreciation'. And people think I'm going to incriminate them here by asking if they write tags?? Yet everytime you post tag work here and say 'I did this', you are incriminating yourself, especially if you're also using your tag name as your username. So how about some people get over themselves when I ask basic unintrusive questions, especially those that use their tag name as their username. I've not asked your real name, I've not asked what state you live in, I've asked about some art work. If you're choosing to take part in a public forum that anyone can see then you're choosing not to be so secretive so can't abide by the same rules as taggers who don't want to be connected to their work. .
Your asking questions you shouldn't be... if you asked that shit in person. You would be getting snuffed and or robed for you paint reall fast . If you write then post your own shit and dont ask questions and every thing will be okay if you can't read the shit stop tryin it's problay bad and that's why it's not readiabl . Haha, true. This site is horrible for graf but great for comedy. OP I don't think you yet understand that there's a difference between graf fans/aficianados and writers. No self-respecting writer is going to ask you to flick/post their shit unless it's one that got away or they had to leave and couldn't come back before they could get a pic in good light. If they're good enough people will put it up regardless. So, if someone is asking you to do it it's probably not 'graf appreciation' but more that they suck or they don't want to be called out for self promo. Likewise, you post some shit tags and as multiple people have pointed out if you can't read it it might be because you're looking at shit graffiti that has no business being posted anywhere. Shit man, if you really appreciate graf you'll start learning what's good/bad, and how to read it yourself. You're like a music fan who loves how that song sounds but you have no idea what the fuck they're saying.

Funnily enough I haven't posted much of my stuff because I don't want cops connecting my tag to my account. Which is why the name I tag is different to my username too. You're not exactly hiding from police if your using your tag name in a public forum. Would have thought that was obvious.

If work is done with permission then it's graffiti style, not graffiti. People can tell when graffiti style work ISN'T graffiti because it's too perfect. It doesn't capture the moment of having to work quickly before you get spotted. Shit loads of writers will tell you that dude!
