Some shit I'm working on Tryd to make one look like wood and gonna try to make the letters look burnt into the wood and the other ones my back up for when I fuck that up . Go na do some blue 3d on that one
Kinda happy with the letter formation on this one keepin it pretty basic but still pushing for improvements each time I draw. Anyone else analyse their work at each stage and still find things wrong when your finished or just me?
I've never done a perfect piece to date!! I always find something that I wish I had done differently or better!! I have learned to keep it moving though so I dont stress. I think that's how you burn yourself out on art. There's always the next picture
True and false . Not going over what's wrong and why its wrong is the reason for less improvement . But also avoiding the basics and claiming youve "done" them will fuck you . We all can see weather or not you did them .. You can say you have but we can see right through like tissue. .So adding all extras to ugly basics just makes ugly piles of trash . But if your not going to do them letter again don't really matter . Like this peace I mess up the 3d on the second o and the in side of the d but to fix it I have to do so much so ima let it go as it is plus it's free and I ain't makeing shit off it so fuck it
I did not say to ignore your mistakes. I always review my pieces and find all of the mistakes or things I wish I had done better/different. I also find all of the things that I did well and then I try to carry those things forward without repeating the mistakes. I agree that basics are important but at some point you have to branch out and try some new stuff otherwise your work will always be basic!! Some new stuff will work and some will not....but you should never stop experimenting and pushing boundaries
At some point after you mastered them. . . . . . . Then you experiment ..or w.e people do w.e they want rules only apply to those who want to accutly get better . The rest of this is hear say . Keep doing you but I doubt you should give advice to any body . But you will so w.e . .. But as for giants letters they are not bad that is somebody that understands the basics . And should start to experiment.
News Bulletin..........You are not exactly killing any of the competitions you join!!! I think most of your stuff is kind of boring and your art skills are seriously lacking. You should probably stop acting as though you are at the top of the game and admit that you have as much to work on as the rest of us!! I dont know how you preach fundamentals and then post that loopy piece!! LOLOL You like to trash everybodys stuff but I would argue your pieces are far from perfect!!!
