thanks Vigo. I wish I could say the iconography was mine but it’s just a printout. I’m hoping to make some different renditions and take the time to draw out the icon at some point.

Damn vigo you’re really polishing your style hard if come with any of that heat for the rawx battle, you’re taking it haha.

The only thing with it is the I and M are a little too close to each other, hard to seperate but understand that for the battle it’s not really going to matter.
Have you tried digital painting at all I feel like you’d really excel at it because of your skill in general

I agree with the I and M comment. Sometimes we have to sacrifice certain things in order to accomplish specific goals. Unfortunately for me, my goal will probably interfere with the judging since the objective is letters and I feel like most will see it the same way you did but, it's all good. This idea came out exactly how I imagined it so it's a win for me personally. I also got featured on AD Markers IG page with that one!

And if anyone is interested. The overall concept comes from Akira. Brim in the name of my character which is the dot of the I.

Nope, strictly traditional for me. I've dabbled in digital before but, didn't gravitate to it so went back to school to sharpen my traditional skills. This blackbook I have been filling up with all these battles have been little assignments. Those assignments were different for every piece and the goal for these last few pages is to put everything I've learned together.

Well thats cool as hell and you can definitely tell you've brought alot of small elements together from previous pieces. Im thinking of studying drawing again because i only ever did basic shading and lighting but feel it would help alot in getting my 3d pieces to the next level. Thats the other reason I've started to only do 3d style pieces now

Thanks for that. It's nice to see folks understand the process...

All I gotta say is that I was narrow minded for the vast majority of my art life and since I broke away from that have I begun to really see the potential of my capabilities.

Having that said. There are lots of inexpensive avenues for "artistic schooling". You clearly have a lot of pride in what you do already. So dip your toes!

Something experimental for the RAWX battle. Used some sort of chalk pastel for the fill in
