hardcover all the way cuz the pages dont come out and its much harder to loose, if you draw on loose paper and it gets in the public, your name is out and you start gettin blamed for art crimes...get the point of a Bbook
i just used diss one i got off of dat game form mark eckos getting up special edition (came with a free sharpie=]
today I went to miachels craft store to look for markers. as soon as I walked in I saw a black book in a plastic wraper along with a blank sketching pad and a blank drawing book. the sticker said $29.98 value and then under it I saw was only ten bucks!!! I was like NO WAY to good to be true! Looked around the store for awhile for poster/wood markers (markwells basically) and glue pen/markers (empty molotow markers basically) found them, headed to the sketch book area and saw that ever shitty black sketch book was over 15 bucks. so as I went to leave I got it and am glad I did its really nice. for all the kids who dont rack everything I suggest it. you cant beat ten bucks for all that stuff honestly. no regrets here, I love it already. But for all you kids who need to rack markers check out miachels they got a shit ton around. cop em all, sell most of them and then keep a couple for yourself. but the glue pen nib is nice.
this thread is retarded, if you need the internet to decide what paprer you draw on then you need a lethal ingection not a blackbook
yea i got 2 blackbooks. 1's a big sketchbook frm lyk borders(kind u see in graffiti movies lyk bomb the system) nd a mini version of that that's red jus use it 4 tags while mi peices r in the big 1. they were realtively cheap 2. but 4 tha most part jus use whatever u want kuz its gon look tha same whteher or not its in a book. i jus got them kuz it looks cooler
I know it's passe now to make fun of this thread, but, what the fuck, I want a turn too. For anyone who wants to know what to use as a blackbook: 1) set conventional gas oven to 400 degrees, Farenheit. 2) open stove. 3) insert head. 4) bake approximately 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
I got a hardcover blackbook from Michael's today, 190 blank pages. I've got a spiral notebook I use for new styles and messing around, and I've got a binder full of my old stuff. I still use my spiral notebook a lot more than my blackbook, I'm waiting until I can put out decent pieces consistently before I start in it.
i got mine at aaron brothers. i have like ocd with sketchbooks so i get the all black hardcovers books. i dont really sketch anymore though...just go out and paint my mind
