Can someone explain what "must be one sketch" is?

and does full color mean Just letters and 3D/Shadow filled in? or background effects too?

 

one sketch means one monster piece

full color means anything goes, all and everything

 

For this battle 1.4 can I submit a nice digital photo rather than a scanned image? Can I do a full out black book hit with mad colors or keep it simple?
