just draw more it probably isnt that your hands are shaky your just not used to trying to keep them steady.when you draw try to keep your pencil down and do one consistant line but do it lightly just so you can erase it if you need to
Sure its been asked, but whats a good cheap marker for sketching? Ive tried a bunch but they either dry out too quick, or theyre too expensive to be fuckin around with.
Yeah. Besides racking Prismas, those were all really bad ideas. How the fuck am I supposed to do a fill with a pencil and a ballpoint pen? Answer me that. I mean theres no cheap substitute you guys use to work on stickers and shit?
i know everyone says to use pilots when startin off and i have a few other makrers but when i use the pilot i get streaks with it is there a way to prevent this?
thats why your in the toy section my friend. hes talkin about sketching, like drawing on paper if u really need me to describe it. but yes sharpies are good enough for colouring, they bleed through the paper though so be be careful. sharpie poster paint markers are also alright for tagging as long as u dont care if it gets buffed.
My weapon of choice for all-purpose sketching? BIC "Cristal" ball point pens. In blue of course. Comfterable to hold. They last a long time and they don't fade and sputter or write chunky lines. Also $3 gets you 10 of them, or five fingers and a deep pocket get you them for free. You cant erase pen so you have to improvise while drawing with them, which in turn can make you a better artist, or make your drawing blow filthy chunks. Edit: Oh yah, one pen usualy last me like 1-2 months of casual sketching, which does include shading and filling.
yea the BIC pens are pretty good art pencils are good too there are different sizes dependin on what kind of sketch your workin on but you can pick up a pack with all different sizes for around 5-10 bucks
Yeah, I use sharpie markers. But am I the only one that noticed that the sharpie markers are always like darker than they describe to be? Like light blue comes out just blue. And all the dark colors just end up very similar. Ya cant even tell the difference between like dark blue, purple and brown. They all end up looking kinda the same. I dunno, theyre cheap so kinda cant complain, but thats my biggest gripe about them. And yeah, they bleed easy.
like this. you dont NEED color for a sketch. Sketches are supposed to be a rough outline of something that your planning on painting. So usually sketches go uncolored and all the bars stay visible.
Really? Yeah, Im not a total nub. I know how to sketch. Fuck, why did I post this questions in the toy forum... Your like the 3rd person to try to explain what a sketch is and that I can sketch with a pencil. I fucking know that. I have sketches done and I wanna work on some color schemes. I would need some sort of marker for that. I also got some stickers I wanna work on, but again, I would need some markers. So the question was, whats a good cheap marker? Thats it. I dont give a fuck what I can sketch with. Not to be a dick, but Im aware I can sketch with a pencil, or pen or whatever. How about those Touch Twins? Anyone work with them?
