well the dot enlargement might cause speckle but i've made caligraphy tips from stocks by cutting the notch.
ok ima try to make a valve marker out of the valve in soap dispensors is this a good idea or not lol and some tips on how if u know any
i thought about tryin that a while ago but i couldnt find a nib the right size, shape or firmness. if u take out the valve and put a piece of felt in its place, and fill the bottle with cotton balls, you can make a decent tampon style marker.
well i dont have pictures but itll get the ball rolling again The ghetto nyc mop 1.take a zig posterman (or any other valve marker with a somewhat squeezable body) and empty it of the stock ink and marble and wash out the body. take the pump system and either throw it out or keep it as a replacement for another marker. 2.take the nib out of the marker and replace it with folded over peice of chalkboard eraser. make sure it fits in right and then super glue the nib in.( before you do this, take out the little sponge on the underside of the top of the marker) 3.now fill with you favorite ink and screw the top back onto the body. then, wrap electrical tape around where the body and top meet to prevent excessive leaking. since the pump system is not in it, it makes it so much easier to squeeze. but DO NOT tip tht bitch over. it holds less than the nyc mop but if you want calligraphy style with drips and dont wanna pay 14$, this is your best bet.
hahaha youd prob spend only a little under buying a flow pen or a zig id just buy a nyc and u get the sweet felt not some chalk boards shit thats of course if u dont rack
well, i rack so itd be free. and if youve ever used chalkboard erser for nibs, youd know it holds up very well. and the whole point is to have a free flowing marker. why the fuck would you buy a flowpen over making somthing for free with alot better ink.
The Original Ghetto NYC MOP Step One: Get an empty marker, any type. for this I used a 2 way glue marker. screw off the top and dump all the shit out until all you have is the bod and the lid, not even the top mof the marker. Step Two: Get Your ink, felt and and mixing balls together. Step three: Put your mixing balls in the marker, add your ink. Step four: roll the felt until it is big enough to stay put in the marker, then stick it in there. I used superglue to hold it in by the way. Step five: wrap some tape around the threads so the cap will stay on, bleed your nib and ur ready to bomb.
Dudes i've said it millions of times. Kiwi + Felt eraser = NYC Mop, you can even fold it over the same way to get the "calligraphy "edge

There are two types of people, ones who use felt nibs, and ones who havent used felt nibs. felt nibs make all the difference my friend.
