First off, I'm not a "lad". I'm 30 years old, and I'm not English, so pack that shit away.

Secondly, you're fucking straight 400. The guy who sells them is clever as hell at marketing and found the niche to sell at that price. He travels the country going to photographers conventions and slangs that shit. They go quicker then we can make them. They can produce 3 canvases a day and they're 50+ orders behind. I make 3 a week. Period. If you know where there is a marketing demand for graffiti, you can whore it out at whatever given price you choose within reason. We found where the demand is. The price is 400 bones. He gets half for paying for the studio, the canvas, an unlimited paint supply, and marketing. I get half for painting shit in a cold warehouse downtown till 3am every night.

used for television shows.. photo shoots ect... they sell that much because its original art and its used for tv .. those niggs got money and 400 bucks is cheap to them to get a completely original peice of art to use as a backround and have complete rights to do whatever they wish with it on tv or whatever mags.. websites. books .. ect. so yea .. i wouldnt be surprised to see backdrops going for 3 or 4 g's if its a well known and respected famous artist ..

 

how is everyone arguing over this cezr backdrop without a picture of it? if it looks fresh, im sure plenty of people would pay $400 for it................my psychology teacher sells shitty foot long watercolor paintings for almost $1000, and he sells them by the dozens, and hes fucking awful at painting, but he thinks hes nasty, and he has art shows, and people buy them
