i eat them anyhow cause bud tastes good imo and you don't smoke the stems anyhow so i'd just eat em up instead of tossing them out.

making tea with stems doesnt do anything, but it tastes nice
and even if chewing on stems gave you a buzz the thc content on 1 stem would do nothing to you
