hahaha, nice. going over numbers is moot anyways. i have seen tons of pannels not get buffed for going over the numbers and shit get stampped right away. sometimes its a matter of what railway you are painting on, not so much that you went over the #'s. people can whine and bitch all you want but train graff is suposed to be the gritty shit and a stamp just makes it look more like graff sometimes. it can't last forever and last time i checked it was all about writing on someone elses shit, so fuck them. i've been painting trains for over a decade and i could care less about the #'s.
