Could do without the noise. Idk what you're trying to do with the picture, not to sound like an asshole but it looks like on of those pictures people have up on their myspace after they photoshop the fuck out of it. Post the original.
I'm actually going to post here, rather than PM, in case anyone else is in the same boat as you. Depends on what you value as "intelligence." Personally I think to use Photoshop well you need to be creative, which you must be, otherwise you wouldn't be into writing (unless you're one of those kids whose only reason for writing is to "stick it to the man" or something like that). I've generally found that creative people aren't dumb, so I wouldn't worry about that. I mean, creativity is its own kind of intelligence. We look at the world differently than people who aren't creative. I've been using Photoshop professionally since 2000, and I've learned a lot especially in the last couple of years. Instead of using filters for all of your visual tricks, try using adjustment layers. Just experiment and try some different things, because you can always hit Ctrl-Alt-Z to back-step. Just try new things. It's like with writing...the more you experiment, the more you learn, and the better you get. Also, check out Photoshop tutorials online. I've learned a lot from those. Fluffy Bunny, I like the pic. Fog is the photographer's friend! Pie, that's a good start. Now try looking at it from different angles. Don't be afraid to lay on the ground and look up with the camera, too. Sometimes you never know how cool a picture will turn out until you take it. I have been surprised many times by pictures that I didn't think would look good when I saw them in my head, if that makes any sense. Keep trying!
lol yeah i tired to get another shot better... cuz i put my cam on top of a can and used it as my tripod but that was the only one that came out like i wanted it to. I wanted to get my head more in there but i had to stay really still cuz it was on 2 second exposure. here's one from the yard View attachment 359075
