ok, oak's isnt good i agree, but neither is steyrs, while some of you say steyrs shouldnt be in the toy battle and oaks shouldnt even be here... take a look at steyrs letter structure, then at oaks.. oaklander def has him beat if oak put 3d on his shit id vote for him over most the others
ok seriously, what the fuck is wrong with my letter structure in this one? cause seriously, it seems to me like your just basing that off of what people have said in the past months ago, and not even takin a look at the sketch. of course im still toy but its like no matter what i draw/piant "steyr, your letters are lacking structure" "steyr, your characters have no body structure"
I'd say it's because of inconsistent widths of your bars and letters. Overall, it's coming together, but your 'H' for instance is way to thin... And not trying to piss ppl off or be contrary but I like Oaklanders stuff. I dunno why I just do.

but i have it in perspectice, so judging by distance the letters are bugger then get smaller. maybe i just screwed that up
No man, you're not quite getting what I'm saying. The vertical bars in your H are too thin, they don't fit the other letters. Also the second vertical bar in the 'N' is a bit too fat. The other ones look decent to me I just didn't look back at your piece the last time so i couldn't give a 100% accurate critique. As far as 3d and perspective goes its all down, you've just got some minor bugs to work out with your structure.
I guess there should be 3 different categories for battles then: Advanced Toy Ironic Are people actually submitting joke entries to these battles? I guess some people have a lot of time on their hands.
skuz i dont understand how you can complain about styers structure and then say you like oaks. oaks top and bottom of the H are off from each other the width of the S is different in different spots and pretty much all his letter are un even if you want to get technical, so theyre not drawn well either. Atleast Steyr did some work on it and it shows. Oaks looks like a a doodle on a napkin while he was talking on the phone and watching TV. I dont like to hate on peoples shit but his looks the same every week and he never tries anything new and it gets a ridiculous number of votes. i dont get it, its dumb
