Just get a normal sketchbook and that is that... I suggest you use a hard cover one for obvious reasons... anything else is preference (colour of the cover, lined or blank, size.. etc..) I can`t believe this thread has 13 pages and I can`t believe that I`m posting here... shit I`m drop dead bored...
I got so much art stuff from my aunt and among it was a hardcover sketch book... it's good (the pages barely bleed through) but the only problem is that it has rings, which have been smashed about after a while... so I recommend against getting one with rings or a spiral.
step one: go to art store step two: steal whichever sketch book you like best along with decos and some pencils step three: color to your hearts content
i use leftover notebooks from school and i have 4 hard cover proart blackbooks that im saving until i get better.
I racked a Blackbook and I've been using that for 4 months. I really wanna make one at home though =D
As far as Michael's goes are they easy to just stick in the front of your pants with a belt? I don't know how they are with cameras and whatnot there.
