i found one that was medium size. I just got some astro fats today and they are sick!! They leak on the big 15 oz cans but work pretty well with the smaller ones. Im pretty satisfied.
aiight so i just got dun catchin a few tags wit an astro fat on a can of rusto black, shit worked, but when i pulled the cap the inside of it had sum paint in it, it wasnt straight drippin down the side like wit other caps or whatever, but im wonderin if its just like a matter of time before it does, cuz on youtube when anybody tried a cap that leaked on a rusto it was just straight jucin' drippin everywhere and shit, just wonderin bout someone elses 2 cents, if they already tried the shit too or somethin, also, anybody know why the fuck so many caps leak on rusto? i love the paint but it sucks that u cant use a NY fat or anything else on em, im gettin tiredof rackin and usin the rusto fats, someone hit it up and lemme know
^ya the atro fats leak bigtime on my rustos. smae with liek every fuckign cap thats not liek rusto. it sucks
fuck man, i figured, i was gunna roll and try and do some throws wit em, cuz i figured fuck it if it aint pourin out the side, but when i saw how much was actually inside the cap i figured it could start spittin on me at any time, i guess ill hafta throw them to the side till i scare up enough greenbacks for some euro cans, i guess Wal-Mart and Micheals will be losing all the caps on thier elmers spray glue round my hood, cuz rusto is still dope as shit, just fuckin sucks that theyre the only caps u can use on the shit.
Just test them out before you go out. And Ny fats work well with my Rustos. They make big fat circles on the 15oz silvers.
Sup guys I have a Question.... I have like 20 NY Flats but when im practicing they mess up or they'll wont even spray. Like instead of a nice steady Flow they Spit now and then. Do you guys know why this is?
what kind of paint is it. cuz i had this rust paint from zellers (it wasnt rusto) that wasnt working very well with ny fats.
i jam the metal end of my scratchy in the stem an it makes the stem wider so no mo leakin so i can use any cap! except pink dot
have u tried em wit the semi gloss black and white? im down wit silver but i love my old timey black and white throws
I tried astro fats with black and it seems to work. I dunno about ny fats but it should. Just rack a couple of each and test the caps on it and see if it works.
the astros are relativley straight, like i posted before, they spray out inside the cap a lil but it aint like spittin and pourin down the side, but i saw the oink art test where the NY was like gushin all over dudes hand wit the NY fats, so i figured thatd b a bust, but if u gave em a whirl and they worked out then fuck it, gotta have that ol school softball tip, ill take a shot wit em, cant ever have to many caps rite?
well all i was saying was that wen u jam sumtin in stem makes dee stem wider like rusto fat so it wont leak anymore.
Lol yup... And to Trite, he was saying that he would stick something inside the stem of the caps too widen it a little so the paint wont spill out the side and make it a bit more tight.
yo does anyone know how to tell the ny fats and thins from eachother? im thinking about just marking the tops of them with diff colors cause im getting sick of mixing them up
The lines on the ny thins are pushed closer together, and the hole in the ny fat is slightly pushed inward. Also, it has a different feel to it. [ive used many caps, and nyfats and nythins are one of my favorites]
easy neumonic (<spelling slaughterhouse) device for remembering, "NYfats gots fat ass ridges, NYskinnys gots skinny ridges" . . . now repeat until committed to memory
