Whether you roll joints with weed or not and what you call em depends on where you're from.

I can't imagine why anyone would want to dirty their weed like that though, I've never even met anyone who rolls with tobacco.

 

i occasionally roll with tobe (but not too often) because it conserves weed if youre low, the head rushes are nice, it burns better, and it seems easier to draw smoke through (though that could just be a mind-trick)

 

if theres no weed then its not a joint.
its just a cigarette.
a cigarette rolled with tobacco and weed is a spliff.
I roll weed with tobacco if i want to smoke in public.
I've had a cop sniff in my cigarette case full rolled cigs, one was a spliff, to see if there was any marijuana, but he couldn't smell it over the tobacco.
you just have to be careful because while weed is nonhabit forming, if you smoke weed with tobacco too much your body can associate the weed with the nicotine and you can get addicted to the weed.
