Nah none of its legal, its just controlled and tolerated, prostitution and soft drugs have been going on there for years so its just second nature. Allthough when i went there everyone just buns a zoot when walking down the street. Graff aint legal though, they just dont care as much because there already hookers and drugs everywhere so why care about writing on walls?
