when you nollie do the 45 degree spin then right when your tail is over the rail push down hard.....idk if that will help you at all but its what i do

ya if you dont push hard enough youll either slide off or miss the rail completely

well can you do a varial?
once you get varials down..just shov harder..and jump higher.
