i order a mini burner and the ink was dryed out....shit happens somtimes and and u just got to deal with it....
yeah dude they've gotten my orders wrong a couple of times. Like they sent me a dried out tank marker instead of a burner. I complained and i got a burner for free. they also sent me an half full, dried out illadell, and they sent me a new one PLUS a free markwell.
i think its reallly stupid that they dont tell you there located in canada anywhere on their site, so of course i order from them, they send me an email saying its going to take 2-3 weeks to get my shit. what really sucks, im going back to school which is like 45 mins away from my house. so i have to drive all the way back just to get my shit. fucking stupid IMO
Yeah they usually say that shit so that if it takes any longer you wont bitch cause you were warned. But it usually doesn't take that long.

olick said that, iv never used xylene with silver rusto. i am just one of the few ppl who have made it work and dont believe in some sort of magic that keeps paint going through a paint marker.
