I completely disagree with you. Cops do a lot for us, a lot goes unoticed and unappreciated. What we do is illegal, and we know that, we knowingly break the law and its part of their job to protect private and public property. If they catch you, good game, they did their job.

 

they can only search you after youve been arrested,with your consent,or with probable cause.you hae fourth amendment rights dude.like the paint stains and the curfew on what you said,yeah thats probable cuase but they cant just search you for nothing.i mean they have to have something more tangible.a lighter? nah dude thats not gonna go down in court.and to acereboern or whoever.theres a shit load of cops out all the time im just good at hiding and not bringing attention to myself.maybe im just lucky idk.but ive never been stopped.that doesnt mean i dont see em ridin about.



but thats not to say that they wont search you becuase they almost always do regardless of your rights and wether they have pc to do so...

I know you have fourth amendment rights, I was just pointing out that just because you feel warm and cozy with the 4th amendment there are ways that cops get around it.

And yeah, lighters go down in court, especially if you're underage.

And yes, graffiti is one law that protects private property and that is good.
And yes, I'm not going to say they shouldn't be out trying to nab us.

Busses are far n annoying and cops ride the train alot.

 

Smaller cans at dark when the streets are slower but the bus line is still running, or use a bike. Or if you have a railline (like in charlotte) you can be up awhile.

 

So if your saying if tonight i felt like bombing with say a mini can for small thows just hop on a bike and go on my way?Were should i keep the can?Also should i bring a friend with a bike with me to be watch out?Considering im very carefull what are the chances of me being caught.Also what days/hours would u recomend me to go bombiing with a bike and how far can i go and what would be a good amount of stuff to hit in one night on a bike.

Under bridges....unless you live in area with dirt roads there is going to be some sort of underside to a bridge or water drainage you can hit up...

all this shit about cops and searches. if you say no to a search, chances are they aren't going to bother faxing in a warrant. but odds are since you're all little kids, you'll lose your cool, and might as well have the cuffs on already.

I've been stopped on the streets with incriminating evidence on me and got away just by saying "no thanks officer, I'm not comfortable with a search."

I'm not sure Culture Shock, but I think kids under a certain age may void the right of no search in certain states. I have never had to worry about that clause, because I've never had anything incriminating in a bag.

But hes right kids, those pigs wont be getting a warrant just to search your bag. (unless your public enemy #1)

If they search you without your permission, the incriminating items that they find can NOT be used in the court of law. Get yourself a lawyer for this and get out of it.
