You stated to an individual that their torque converter and tranny yata yata in their VR6 will go bad.........And as you just said their are numerous models. So I asked "What if its a 5spd or manual"? Where in fact there is no torque converter to "fuck up.......pshhh"........How many VW's or any cars have you driven that have slipping tranny's.....And the craftsman ship is just like anyone elses.....and by saying its not you are questioning minds far greater than your own......which is why they are making bank right now while you fags initiate arguments based on a simple question that I asked.......And you probably could school me on cars and tranny's because you probably have a mixture of both everynight for alittle late night excursion after you get done beating off to your posts on BombingScience. I never argueed with you about a trq converter, because your correct there is no trq con. in a manual. whether its 5 speeds or 600. I've worked on many cars and thus driven many cars. the 240's are sweet they are easy to fix up a great car to learn how to maneuver it (drift etc...) and just fun to drive nissan's are beasts the new GTR is an unbelievable car personally i rock a chevy astro but my brother has the GTR he traded in his 350 for it and the difference is remarkable
240's can be nasty as fuck...everyone taqlkin bout dubs stfu u all sounds like retards obviously a stock tranny cant hold up if u got alot of hp so u put in a good tranny and smoke hondas all day long, im not checkin wat anyone has to say to this so tallk all the shit u want or check vwvortex at least so u dont sound so ignorant
well i got the 240 over a prelude because a friend of mine had one, nice ride but it was an auto. he plans on switchin it this summer and when my tax money finally gets here mine will look as good as it runs. i picked it up as a project and i cant stand all show no go so the engine was priority one.
yeah it took me forever to decide between the s13 style and the s14. i ended up going with mine just because it was available and i got it for an outrageous deal from a guy. the k-24 definitly puts many other engines to shame too. what sux is its winter here and snow and 240s dont make good friends. lol

well i guess the old stangs had some potential but i dont think he was talking about those, even so i know a guy with a 65 that would blow whatever one hes talking about away. and im not calling myself a "ricer" either. here lately its been coming down to which imports you drive that define your status. obviously old scool is muscle, imports used to all be ricers but the word is on the west coast 240s and 300 are leaving the ricer name and being recognized as sports cars. hondas and such are still ricers. so i guess its just however you want to see it. either way theyre all considered tuners and it still just comes down to personal preference. i just like cars.
its a sr20, still running stock turbo, but the boost is set at 12psi. this summer i plan on getting a bigger turbo to get me over the 300hp mark.
