let me break this down, some toy snitched out some other 27 year old toy Sins- who was self promoting like a mother fucker online, who then snitched himself out like a dumbass. There was no evidence that he was the one committing the crimes in the photos; he wasnt caught red handed and they didnt even seize any computers or spray paint from his possession. therefor the only evidence was his actual confession. Without that they would have nothing case closed. Moral of the story: GET A PUBLIC DEFENDER KNOW YOUR RIGHTS ONLY ROLL WITH PEOPLE YOU TRUST DONT ADMIT TO ANYTHING- The cops wont help you get a better plea only the state attorney can do that- and thats after your private lawyer plays the game with him and takes all your money! IF ALL ELSE FAILS; YOU KNEW WHAT YOU WERE GETTING INTO NOW TAKE THE FUCKING MISDEMEANOR AND STOP SNITCHING!! If you cant handle community service and 6 months probation then go take an art class with water colors
