I know alot of you hate my tag but oh well, i was testin out some new ink i made and i must say it came out fuckin nice not that you can really see that from the pic. waitin on the buffman to see how it does.

If it ghosts or hold up real well maybe ill share the recipe... maybe i wont, And yes, thats about as black and opaque it gets from home made stuff. no other inks added

i used isopryl alcohol for the buff, its the same on plastic,wood,and metal. comes off if you scrub hard. if i had to compare it to anything i would say its like the 3d foam paint.

anyone know how to get all the ink out of a sharpie magnum? i pulled the nib out and then there is a metal plate about half way down with holes in it. i poured some alc in there and it never came back out...

EDIT: its not metal, its the resivoir, still unable to get it out though. ill try to oversaturate it with alcohol.

in a pen/alchohol ink is it cool to have random red and green pens in the black/blue ink? what will this do to the ink?

 

possibly change the color a lil bit depending on the ratio. its all good tho, like some times, if i want a recipe of like 120 pens and only have like 110 for what ever reason, ill just trhow in 10 or so pens of whatever color to make it even, cuz im like borderline ocd and shit meng

speaking of benzo, so i tried dissolving some in DA and it didnt work, like it didnt dissolve, it just collected at the bottom. so than i tried dissolving it acetone, and it completely dissolved, but after like two minutes when it all evaporated, it just left like these crystals all along the side of the container. whats up with that hett

and it doesnt just dissolve, you gotta stir or shake it in for a while, the more you add the longer it takes to dissolve.
with acetone yea it dissolves, and yea it leaves crystals, whenever you dissolve anythign i nanything it comes out when you evaporate the solvent. liek salt water leaves behind salt

but when you mix it in it doesnt crystalize the same, becasue its mixed with other shit
