ok quick update. thanks for the help jase, but this is how it played out:

I was looking for that guy again and I found him. I asked him about my gram, and he was all like "yo, you some type of fuckin retard man? I can't believe you came back, you stupid yo." He started PUSHING ME(WTF?) and everyone around him was laughing at me. I was so embarrassed but I was not going to leave without what I paid for. I thought maybe he didn't recognize me or something, I wish I had a receipt to validate my payment for my gram of marijuana. Long story short, he ended up taking another 15USD from me, and hurting my face. He also told me never to come back, and I'm not going to.

So just a heads up to anyone buying marijuana in philly, DO NOT deal with Tyrone on Market Street. He runs a very bad business and doesn't treat customers right, so I'm hoping "word of mouth" will kill his business. Spread the word Tyrone is mean to his customers. Thanks for trying to help out guys.
