    No dude.

If you steal anything from any store you can get charged with retail fraud, minimum.

Some stores just decide not to press charges under certain circumstances because it's bad for their business

Criminals are not that easily identified through looks. They can become suspicious by the way they act or the strange things they do but this is not enough to judge someone because you might be wrong. Still, the best ways to be sure and to know that person has the potential to do such crimes is to check their past actions. Past actions are found in their public records where all of these acts were recorded. Details about the person’s wife and the wedding are recorded in marriage records. A man who served in a military together with his honor badges and ranks are recorded in military records. All the details of birth are in birth records. All the past violations, offenses, and serious crimes are listed in criminal records. Aside from these past records, there are other more public records available for access on the Internet.

it does make life harder. i couldnt get a management job until i moved out of provence..
what im trying to say is that its not the end of the world if you have a record after 10 years you can apply for a pardon!

    It depends...

I just got my record expunged....it all depends on what state you live in. Different states have different requirments. I know NY is if you were a juvi.....it has to be 7 years after the crime, with no legal trouble in between. google that shit. you'll find it.

a few years ago, i got charged with Criminal trespassing and defacing private property... didnt have enough $ for a lawyer.. ended up getting the defacing private property dropped all together and the criminal trespassing turned into "public nascence" which is not a felony and just included a fine of $500.00

    hmm lets see:
    not buying train tickets
    graffiti on a train station
    stealing paint
    stealing cds from shops
    stealing clothes
    possession of marijuana
having loud music going at 2am
    assault
    etc

im not proud of it, it was all before i was 18.

i always thought your record went clean after your over the age of 18, but no cops can still look up what you've been charged with in the past and use it against you.
