haha, that video was funny as hell. it was like watching the animal planet. "they go out alone, or in groups (known as crews)... this here says duet, this is new". hahahahaha
The weirdest part about that video was when the reporter asked how 'taggers' build up the nerve to reach some of these high places, and asks if it involved drugs and alcohol. To which the task force guy replies, "A lot of our interviews with them suggest that they might be under the influence of alcohol, marijuana... heroin." Heroin?! Did you seriously just associate graffiti with heroin?!
