sage -first piece-seems like a few too many connections etc. E looks really nice S and A are decent cant really see the G well. -second- maybe i suck. but i cant see Fran at all. -third - decent simple. seems like you really force the letters to be similar. -last - prbly your best. colouring still confusing the shit out of it. im content with this. ... worth colouring? haha it doesnt say fran. It says Rank. The frankenstein is the F. I understand what your saying about the coloring, but thats the purpose. To make you look at it for a minute. I havent mastered it yet, but all i can do is try. Thanks for the crits.
Too much dead space between the E and the S, they need to come in closer, and the top bar of the E could be longer, to help close it in. I wouldnt really bother colouring it, just draw up another 100 pencil outlines, and tweak something different each time.. only way to improve, rather than wasting time making it look pretty.
