Tonka when I used to make pen ink I did 150 pens to a little over 1/2 cup of alcohol so basically what I'm trying to say is there is no set amount and you used to much alcohol

thats like comparing apples and oranges. it also depends on what you are running the ink through (mop, marker). The **** ink can go in anything that writes, where the smash is best only in mops. Keep in mind that smash does eat away at the plastic and the nib fiber over time, where as the alcohol based inks like **** will never do that.

I make my own alcohol based inks, and paint/inks, but I gotta say, I am impressed with the Nitro based 'Mr. Black' line of paint. Especially the Mr. Red. It flows through both mops and valve markers insanely well . I've been making garage inks for almost 20 years, but i still hafta BUY Mr. Red cuz it is so damn dope.

no you cannot make it dry without that chemical, and its not worth it, because its not like your going to mix a new batch before every tag.

unless you jusyt want to fuck aroudn with it, then google the hardener MSDS, find the chemical, and see if its in anything househeld, probably not

Two part epoxy paints don't really dry but harden through a chemical reaction. Also, once you mix them they will harden even if you close the can.

Anybody tried using printer cartridges for ink?, some local shop has 4 30ML Black Cartridges for about £7. Quite tempted, I opened an Epson Blue about a month ago, it stained a dark blue colour on my hands for a week.

I'm guessing it'd be quite thick ink though, so you'd probably need to thin it.

    EDIT:
